The Return Policy is a commercial policy allowing Customers, under certain conditions. This policy is in addition to, and distinct from, the statutory right of withdrawal which applies during the first fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.

Inspection Process
When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it.
No refund will be issued if: The returned item is used or damaged, has missing parts or accessories, or is damaged due to improper use.
In such cases: The item may be shipped back to the buyer who is then responsible for covering the shipping costs plus a processing fee of £10.
Refund Information
The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
